Email hello@oswalpalash.com before renewal to cancel the next charge, request a refund, or ask a setup question. Scheduling and setup timing are confirmed by email after checkout.

Up to 250 active learners means learners seen in the hall within the last 30 days. The full $99 founding-pilot refund is available when requested within the first 30 days. Refunds return to the original payment method and typically appear in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

The first 30 days include hands-on setup, a permanent Study Hall room, recurring sessions, opt-in reminders, and the weekly participation report.

The pilot renews automatically after 30 days

The subscription automatically renews at $199 per month after the first 30 days for up to 250 active learners. Active means seen in the hall within the last 30 days. If you do not want the next charge, email hello@oswalpalash.com before the next renewal date to cancel.

Can I request a refund?

Yes. Email hello@oswalpalash.com during the first 30 days to request the full founding-pilot refund. We will confirm the request by email; the refund returns to the original payment method.

Room entry and basic retrieval practice remain free for learners. This offer is for the educator, course creator, or community owner running the weekly cadence.
