Focus Tracks & accountability rituals

Turn Study Spaces into a guided program that remembers every sprint, room, and deliverable—perfect for thesis cohorts, accelerator pods, and internal learning guilds.

Ritual library

Define weekly touchpoints (e.g., Draft Lab Monday, Demo Friday) so members always know the vibe.

Room routing

Attach each block to the right room link—like the Wave room —so everyone lands in the right Study Space.

Automatic logging

Every completed sprint checks off the next block—no separate spreadsheet upkeep.

Creation flow

Launch a Track in four steps

  1. Open the Tracks page and click “New track”.
  2. Define the outcome, cadence name, and who it serves.
  3. Add 4–12 blocks with room links, task types, and deliverables.
  4. Publish and share the auto-generated link with your cohort.

FAQ

What is a Study Spaces Track?

Tracks bundle rituals, default rooms, and analytics into a multi-week program so cohorts always know the next block.

How do I create my own Track?

Head to the Tracks page, click “New track”, outline the cadence, and Study Spaces will auto-generate the plan plus structured data.

Do Tracks auto-log progress?

Yes. Completing a focus session logs the next pending block so your ritual and analytics stay aligned.

What data do I get?

Completion rates, attendance streaks, and label-based analytics roll up per Track.

Can I invite people outside my org?

Absolutely. Tracks generate shareable links; people need only a browser to participate.

Can Tracks include video coworking?

Yes. Attach a curated room such as the Wave room for video-first blocks, complete with LiveCoWorkingPanel copy.
