One week to finals: the 4-block script

Ditch all-nighters. Run a one-hour stack—deep block, recall, error log, movement—twice a day for seven days.

Daily stack

Copy this one-hour flow

Block 1: 50 / 10 deep work

Hardest topic first; write intent in the bar.

Block 2: 25 / 5 recall

10–15 mixed questions; mark misses in chat.

Block 3: 15 min error log

Categorize misses; set tomorrow’s target.

Block 4: 10 min walk / stretch

Movement to reset; prevents fatigue creep.

Seven-day cadence

  • Days 1–2: Two stacks on core topics.
  • Days 3–4: Two stacks on weak areas; swap Block 2 to targeted recall.
  • Days 5–6: One stack per morning; light review at night.
  • Day 7: One stack; keep it short and sleep early.

FAQ

Why this order?

Front-load heavy work when willpower is highest, then lock in recall and log mistakes while the context is fresh.

How many cycles per day?

Two cycles (about 2 hours total) fit most schedules. Add a third only if you’re still fresh.

What about group study?

Run Block 1 solo if needed, then do recall/error log with 2–4 peers in a shared room for accountability.
