Block 2: 20 / 5

Finish homework or start tomorrow’s prep.

Tidy: 10 minutes

Share-back: 10 minutes

One win, one stuck point; plan tomorrow’s first task.

FAQ

Do I need to take the phone?

Ask kids to place phones face-down or in another room. The shared timer and short blocks lower the urge to check.

What about younger siblings?

Give them the tidy role or a parallel 10-minute creative task during Block 2.

How often should we run this?

3–4 days a week is plenty. Keep it predictable and short.
